Ron Whan provided an excellent experience both purchasing a new property and selling my current property. Definitely 5 stars! Ron is a friendly, knowledgeable professional to work with. I would exclusively use Ron for future real estate needs and recommend him to others as well.

Excellent !! Ron was always there to help or answer any questions we had.

Ron When is great to work with, I have recommended him several times. He has been my realtor since the 80's and I he just recently found me my condo of my dreams. Always quick with a response and goes out of his way to do whatever he can to help. Great job Ron, thank you for everything!

Ron Whan did a great job of sorting through possible properties with us. He asked us questions, gave his opinion, and listened. He didn't sell, he guided us to the right house!

Ron Whan has been a great help to us! We were looking for a home with a Mississippi River view. Ron kept us in mind over a 3 year period (guess we are a little picky, lol) showing us properties with that criteria. Ron listened attentively to our wants and needs. He encouraged us not to give up on our dream home when we became discouraged. Than, Eureka!! Ron found us a beautiful home with a gorgeous river view!! We are so glad that Ron was our sales associate. He is professional, yet personable. Ron made finding our dream home an enjoyable experience and a reality!

I have used Ron Whan in purchasing and buying and will have my children and grand-children do the same.

Ronald Whan has been the best agent we have ever worked with. He stayed in constant contact with us through the entire process. He bent over backwards to show us every house we were interested in. He was always available to answer questions and concerns. He handled everything! This was our fourth house purchase, and by far the best. WE would highly recommend Ron and Ruhl &Ruhl.
